Jon Tran joined the Law Office of Lee Christian as an associate in 2014. Jon currently co-manages the civil litigation practice, which includes premises liability claims, automobile accident claims, breach of contract claims, wage disputes, employment law matters, and workers compensation claims.

Jon advocates on behalf of clients in motion practice, litigation, depositions, alternative dispute resolution, and private negotiation. He has negotiated and drafted complex settlement agreements, releases, and contracts. Jon has successfully represented clients in criminal, employment, and personal injury trials. He has represented clients in administrative hearings on issues of: Department of Labor Audits, DMV license discipline, professional licensure discipline, and student misconduct hearings.
